Daily Gratitude: This goes to our attitude about things that happen around us. Remember that they don’t happen to us. How we respond and how we think about them is what is considered “good” or “bad”. I know people who have been just waiting for their disease to take them yet you’d never know it when you talk to them. It’s not as if they have false hope. They have just decided to sing in their lifeboats. It’s not easy even if the concept is simple. Isn’t it interesting that so many things in life are very simple yet harder than anyone can imagine? Anyway, it takes practice to change your thoughts so you might as well start while things are not devastating. Keep track of your thoughts and see how many of them are negative and if they are, what can you do to change them.
