Daily Gratitude: This is pretty self-explanatory but it’s important to remind yourself of this each and every day and especially when things seem tough. Don’t give up (unless as we’ve discussed there is a better direction in which to go), don’t stop but don’t overextend yourself. Back off, take a deep breath and relax a bit. Ask yourself if you’re doing your best. If the answer is yes, then just keep going and don’t sweat it. No need to panic. Just put one foot after the other and once more has become clear as to the proper course of action, implement that new action. Keep repeating and you’ll eventually get where you’re headed.
