Daily Gratitude

Daily Gratitude: This is so true but I feel that it needs to talk about peace coming from your lungs because your breathing controls how the rest of your body reacts. The most important thing that a person can learn and master is breathing techniques. Relaxation comes directly from your breathing. When you are relaxed, your heart can respond in a calm and loving manner. Your breathing works on your vagus nerve and your parasympathetic nervous system. That’s the rest and digest system. So if you can control your breathing, you can improve the functioning of all your organs. Otherwise you can be overwhelmed with stress chemicals and remain anxious. Constant release of these chemicals is harmful to your body. If i could recommend one thing to people it’s to practice breathing techniques.

Daily Gratitude

Daily Gratitude: If you have a dream that means it’s possible. The universe has all these ideas floating around in it waiting for people’s thought vibrations to pick them up. When you are open to new ideas they will come to you in your quiet times. Embrace what flows into your head and know that it wouldn’t be there if it weren’t something that could be achieved. Don’t defeat yourself by your negative “there’s no way I can do that. I’m not smart enough. I don’t have enough money. Etc” thoughts. Own your dreams. It will take work but before that it takes the belief that you can achieve it if you really want it.

Daily Gratitude: I am sure many of you think i write too much about now your thoughts impact and change your life. If so, I am glad you have the ability to scroll on by. For others, though, the more you see it and hear it, the more you’ll believe it and start working on your thoughts. I am living proof of this when you compare the first 35 years of my life to the second 40 years. You have to monitor your thoughts and immediately change them as soon as you realize you’ve been thinking something negative. Make yourself a “thought” jar and whenever you start going down that road put some small fee in the jar (and possibly a note about the things you were thinking). Be honest with yourself. It’s not about what you’re saying but about what you are thinking. Do anything it takes to focus only on the things you want to be or have. Stay within and stop judging. Control what is within your control. This is the first part of changing your life but it’s the most important part.
