Daily Gratitude: If nothing else gets you to pay attention to your thoughts this should.
Feeling down and out. The more you let yourself wallow in this feeling, the harder it’s going to be to get out of it. If you realize you’re feeling more negative, use the list items you’ve made, those great positive memories you’ve had to help you get out of that mood. Focus on those good things and that will help you raise your vibration. That will lead you to more positive emotions and soon you will be able to be back up on top again. It’s a process so you have to be patient. And you have to prepare in the way we’ve talked about before – creating a success/accomplishment list and another list of events that have put you on a bit high. Use these lists to remind you how you felt so you can “reach” for a higher feeling/vibration on the emotional scale.
Do you feel you have to have a lot of money in order to be happy or to be “ok”. Once you think that, you’ve given power to money. Is that what you want? We need to have the power over money not let it have power over us.
Same for Bright shiny objects. The need to have something new becomes an obsession. Then it has power over you.
Think about your life and what you have lost power to at various times in your life.
