This message goes out to and is about the birthday boy and growth instigator, Mr Aaron Havens
Why
Because if it weren’t for both of our hotlines I would have never met a man who totally personifies this sentence.
He has a company that does things no one else wants to do. I call it janitorial type stuff but I’m sure there’s a fancy name for it. But the fact that he is willing to take on all those yucky tasks AND do them well should tell you that he wants people to feel good – even if they don’t know that he’s the reason. It’s not a glamorous job and he has to work insane hours but he cares.
He also goes out of his way to make people feel good. He’s done that with me many times. Maybe his history as a pastor helps but you can’t fake this. His concern is genuine.
I imagine each of you has an Aaron in your life. Maybe more than one. From my perspective though, the world can’t handle more than one Aaron.
Anyway back to you. As the holidays have almost arrived and hopefully you have a word of the month, why not pick a person of the month. Or if you want you can make it your person or 2025.
This is the person who has influenced you the most and as a result most likely made your life better. Write about this person. Or at least think about ALL the ways they’ve impacted you and other people. What have you learned from them. What qualities do you wish to emulate? What virtues do they have? What have they done or accomplished? Why did you pick them over everyone else ?
Tell your friends and family about this person.
And finally, why not write them a letter telling them all this? Can you imagine how special their day would be if they got such a letter?
If you like this idea spread it around. And then consider doing a person each month. Who knows this could be the beginning of your own personal mastermind. Napoleon hill reminds us that the people in your mastermind don’t even have to be living. So this person or upcoming people could serve on your personal mastermind without them even knowing it.
The whole point is to focus on other people! Be thankful for the people in your life as well as the things in your life.
