Daily Gratitude

Daily Gratitude: This is just another way to say that in every adversity there is a seed of an equivalent benefit. You just have to search for it. If you keep your focus on what’s bad, then you’ll get more negativity in your life. If you accept whatever happened (it’s history and you can’t change it anyway but you can learn from it) and look for the hidden good (make it a game so it becomes fun), you’ll be raising your vibrations and as such will attract more good into your life. Try it with little things first so you get some practice. Then move on to trying to find some good in everything that occurs in your day. I think that soon it will become something fun and that you look forward to.

Daily Gratitude

Daily Gratitude: Today’s message doesn’t need much explanation. Think about people you know who are successful and think about whether or not they are boisterous or quiet. Most of the role models I have are the quiet type that do something, then analyze the results and finally make decisions about what needs to be changed, if anything does, and then they make the changes. Rinse and repeat. They don’t make a big deal out of anything. They just know what they need to do and go about doing it. Think about yourself and your actions especially when things aren’t the best. How have you handled them? What might you want to change?

Daily Gratitude

Daily Gratitude: I am grateful to a Facebook follower for this comment to one of my posts. It is perfect! It’s something we should all live for each day. It goes along with no regrets. If you are proud of the things you’ve done for others then it will be difficult to have regrets. It’s also important to remember that there may be little things you do that you don’t even think are big that can make all the difference to someone who is having a down day. Sometimes it can change a person’s life! Be proud. Keep track of the things you do for others. Pass it down. Share it on Facebook- it will give others ideas as to what they can do. Read this quote every day!
