Daily Gratitude

Daily Gratitude: You won’t believe this to be true until you try it; until you experience it. The key word here is “concentrate”. It’s not always easy to find the good in every situation but it’s there. You just have to dig like an archaeologist, sometimes slowly and carefully. But if you’re persistent, you will find the good. Why bother? Because the effort feels good and the results of that effort feel even better. Make each exploration a project, not a task. Be excited about finding that good, knowing it’s there. It’s not a chore to look and work hard to find it. It can and will be fun. Maybe you won’t be successful the first couple of times but you know what? You will have planted the seed in your subconscious and it will continue to work on that “problem” (finding the good in a particular situation) while you go about doing other things. Also, it’s like anything else. The more you practice, the better you get and the easier it gets. Start today. Don’t put it off. Keep track of what you discover so as to “pay yourself” on the back, so to speak. Keep a record so that later when things might be really tough, you can look back and say “i know it’s there. I Have proved it before so I just have to keep digging!”

Daily Gratitude

Daily Gratitude: This goes along with the vibration post I made. It’s about visualization but it’s visualization WITH FEELING. It’s not a lot of good to just visualize in a bland or apathetic way. You need to put feeling into your visualizations. Don’t just see yourself as having a nice family and going somewhere on vacation. Put the feelings you’ll have with it. Elation, relief, relaxation, joy etc. whatever you want to feel on your vacation should be a major part of your visualization. It’s those feelings (the vibrations) that the universe will pick up on and then know that you want more like that. Don’t complain that your visualization didn’t work. How often are you doing it? AND what are you feeling when you do do it? Is it joy or is there fear in there too. Often fear of this thing is underlying doing it. “Am I going to fall?”; “am i going to fall?”; “what will my life be like?”; etc. Dig deep to see if there is any fear behind your visualization and then work to remove it. That is a strong vibration that the universe will pick up on even if you don’t.

Daily Gratitude

Daily Gratitude: This may be long and take more than a glance to read but it’s essential for creating the life you want. It’s all about vibration. What are you feeling? What vibrations are you emanating to the universe? Don’t roll your eyes. You understand vibration even if you call it something else. “Read the room”; you could just feel the tension in the room”; “their aura is…”; “I could just feel it”; “there was just something about him/her”. You’re not actually reading the room. You’re feeling the room. You’re receiving the vibrations in (and of) the room. Thus, when you dwell on the past and have negative thoughts and feelings about what you experienced, that’s what the universe picks up. It thinks you want more of that and it most likely will provide more of that kind of experience- something that will produce the same type of feelings in you. If you visualize how you want something to go- let’s say a presentation or a date, you also have to add to that visualization the feelings you’ll have when you achieve your goal. The feelings is the key part to making it happen. Be excited and enthusiastic about each and every aspect of your goal, including the preparation part. Then when you’re practicing for it, keep that same enthusiasm and energy. The universe will provide more and more of what it senses you’re feeling. Saying “I’m fine and doing well” won’t do squat if you’re not really feeling that way. Make each day about the highest vibration possible.
