<p>Daily Gratitude: Pay attention to the depth here. Do you want to be miserable or happy?</p>



<p>We can spend a lot of time focusing on the negative things in our life. What happens then? We attract more negative things. Whatever we put our attention onto is what will come back into our life.</p>



<p>If you believe that, then you will know that you want to spend all your time and put all your attention on positive things.</p>



<p>When you look for the positive and look for things you appreciate, your mind naturally focuses on more of the good. And when that happens, there are chemicals in our brains that will help us feel happy.</p>



<p>What good does it do you to put your attention onto negative aspects of your life? Does it improve anything? Does it make you happy to dwell on the negative? No!</p>
