<p>Daily Gratitude: What great advice this is. If you spend a lot of time focusing on what you have lost, what good does it do?</p>



<p>It keeps you in the past. It keeps you negative. It keeps you in the scarcity mode. Loss equates to scarcity. That’s one place and mindset you don’t want to be at or in.</p>



<p>If you turn your thoughts and attention to what you have left and start being grateful and appreciative of it, you will have propelled yourself into prosperity/abundance mode. That’s where you want to be as much of your time as possible. The more you focus on prosperity (via gratitude and appreciation), the higher your vibrations. The higher your vibrations, the more you’ll attract good things into your life.</p>



<p>Develop a method to remind you to always stay focusing on what you have. You must nip it in the bud whenever your mind drifts back to thinking about what you’ve lost.</p>
