<p>Daily Gratitude: This goes along with the clarity through contrast concept. What that says is that you don’t usually know what you want until you find out what you don’t want. When something is taken away, then you realize its value and now you want it in your life. Learn to appreciate everything that makes your life easier &#8211; that you just have to turn a faucet and you’ve got water. See how you feel when you need to need to take a shower AND you discover they’ve turned off the water. I bet you start to appreciate running water more after that- until we become complacent again. Spend a lot of time practicing this. Maybe even make a list of everything in one room to start with. Just the fact that you noticed them even if it’s just to put them in a list. As with people, noticing and acknowledging goes a long way to helping make someone feel better and more worthy. This doesn’t take much effort at all.</p>
