<p>Daily Gratitude: It would behoove all of us to read this every day and then take action on living each day as best you can. This doesn’t mean you have to save the world every day. It means living well for you. Sometimes that means resting and turning off your “motor”. So many people think that in order to live fully, they have to be going 99 miles an hour 24/7. You have to listen to your body and learning to do that will help you live your life to its best. It’s the skill never taught in our education system but the one that is the most important in living your life. You really should take an inventory of your life periodically and then decide if you’re happy with the way it’s going or if you might want to change some things. I know I mention this frequently but I only repeat the things I think are important for you to feel and be the best.</p>
