<p>Daily Gratitude: This is a follow on to the breathing and relaxation post of yesterday. When you find yourself without any ideas and feeling anxious and worried about anything you’re experiencing, the first thing to do is recognize that you’re in that state, stop and practice your breathing. Your plans and goals won’t go anywhere. But once you’re relaxed, you’ll be able to clear your head and allow the universe to bring you ideas about what to do next. Sometimes just the break will allow you to receive those ideas and help you get a fresh start. Once you’re spinning your wheels, they will only continue in that manner unless you break the cycle. Relaxing and putting your mind somewhere else is the way to go. Then when you go back to your project or goal, you’ll be surprised at the ideas that you’ll have. If no new ideas, at least you’ll have a new, refreshed attitude!</p>
