Daily Gratitude: Again we’ve talked about this before but since I’m a big fan of programming our subconscious mind, I will repeat these things frequently. You can scroll past. Do you take an inventory at the end of each day? Wouldn’t that be a great idea? You could figure out whether you consider your day a success. Some call this the “pillow test”, meaning that when you put your head on the pillow, you can be happy with what you accomplished. Why do it at the end of the day instead of the next morning? Things are fresher in your mind (especially the details. AND it gives your subconscious mind material to process during the night as you sleep. If you decide that you’re happy you did a lot of “x” but would like to do less of “y”, then your subconscious can work on how to construct your thoughts and your day around those desires. Your subconscious is powerful and we don’t take advantage of it nearly enough. Try it for a week or two and see how your days and achievements improve.
