<p>Daily Gratitude: I like this. It’s a good reminder when starting to complain. I think to myself “ok Terrie. You’re good at finding an issue and b*tching about it. Practice what you preach and figure out what you’re going to do about it.” When I challenge myself like this, it helps me remember the purpose and also makes me work at the answer. If I have to work too hard, it might help keep me from complaining the next time. lol. When it has to do with finding fault with people, what good does that do? You don’t need to put others down so you can feel good about yourself. If there’s an issue, all that matters is finding a solution. Use your powerful brain to find that solution!</p>
